02 / ON SITE
The work, up close.
Planning the site.
NV’s involvement began with preliminary design and engineering. The subdivision plan established the lots, blocks and street layout; clearing and grading opened the road corridors through the wooded site.

Underground utilities went in before the streets. Crews set forms and reinforcing steel, then placed and finished the concrete roads and cul-de-sacs.
