NV served as general contractor for development construction at Cedar Heights, a 71-lot neighborhood spanning 70 acres. The project brought the work of preparing a neighborhood into focus, before the homes themselves became part of the story.
That involvement has continued. NV is now among the lead builders constructing homes within the neighborhood—an example of construction continuity from development into vertical work.
